Students will plan and conduct an investigation to understand the process and energy used to transport water.
The Energy Coalition will send you a measuring cup, index cards, masking tape, and small paper cups to bring this lesson to life.
Lesson Objective: Students will experiment to analyze transporting water and the amount of energy (electricity) used in the process. Students will learn the relationship between water conservation and energy conservation. Finally, students will evaluate and design solutions to conserve both water and energy.
