By completing this form, you agree to complete the following program requirements with the abovementioned enrolled students. *

Once you complete the enrollment form and educator orientation training, you will gain access to the Energy is Everything Educator Portal (lessons and materials).

Complete the Energy is Everything Orientation Training (about 2 hours, returning Energy Educators need not complete!)

Complete the Pre-Teaching Survey with your students before teaching Energy is Everything lessons

Teach a Student Energy ACTIONS kickoff lesson introducing students to energy actions

Complete at least four hours of instruction (approximately four lessons).

Complete a Lesson Reflection and Feedback form for each lesson.

Complete the Post-Teaching Survey and Program Evaluation once you complete instruction for the year
