Your questions, answered.

How much does this cost?

Energy is Everything is available at no cost! We are able to provide all program materials and supplies at no cost to educators—we just ask that educators complete program requirements, such as an enrollment form and student surveys.

Where do I find program materials and forms?

Sign up for a Zoom training or complete a self-guided orientation. After you’ve completed an orientation training, you can create an account for our educator portal to access all of our program materials.

I’m an educator outside of your current service territory. How can I participate?

Thank you for your interest in energy education! Please contact The Energy Coalition here to talk about bringing Energy is Everything to your area. In the meantime, you can get started with our Energy is Everything @Home lessons, which are available online here, and follow us on social media for fun facts and tips for teaching about energy.

What is an Energy Educator?

Anyone can be an Energy Educator! Educators at schools, after school programs, and other local organizations like YMCAs, libraries, Girl Scout troops, and more can become Energy Educators by signing up for Energy is Everything.

What is a high value energy career?

High value careers create value over time for workers and for society. They include careers in the energy industry, such as energy program manager, utility customer relations manager, solar and energy storage installer, and wind turbine technician. High value energy careers can also be more traditional careers that can help save energy (architect, electrician, construction operator, journey lineman) or educate others about energy saving opportunities (scientist, sustainability consultant, teacher).
