Complete the enrollment form below to get access to Energy is Everything: Charge Ready for Schools lessons and materials. By completing this form, you agree to the following program requirements:

Complete the orientation training (about 2 hours, returning Energy Educators need not complete!)
Complete the Pre-Teaching Survey with your students before teaching lessons
Provide all students with a welcome letter explaining the program, then teach a grade-appropriate electric vehicle lesson to your students. We’ll help you get any supplies you need!
Administer a brief post-teaching survey and submit a program evaluation.

Approximately how many students will be receiving instruction from you?

Please include all students you plan to instruct. For example, if you lead science for your grade level and teach more than one class, add the total student number across classes. If you and a colleague will be co-implementing across a grade level, avoid double counting by splitting the number of students between both of you. Each of you completes a separate Enrollment Form and includes half the total student number.
