Static is Sticky
In this lesson, students will learn about static electricity through scientific investigations using a rubber balloon and everyday objects. Students will communicate their learning with their peers and demonstrate understanding by filling in note-taking charts in their science notebooks. (There are opportunities to incorporate technology, hands-on engagement, literary comprehension, student discourse, and visual/auditory learning options.)
