Save a Bird, Save the Planet
In this lesson, students will learn about how their waste can impact the habitats of plants and animals. Working in groups, they will create a model of a bird species by reusing materials brought from home. Students will discover how the practice of reducing waste saves natural resources, which can also conserve wildlife and their habitats.
The Energy Coalition will send you glue and markers to bring this lesson to life.
